This Privacy Policy explains how MIVAQ Creative Solutions (“MIVAQ”, “we”, “us”) handles information in connection with Bulk Edit Products & Prices (“BulkFlow”, “the App”), a bulk product editor for Wix online stores. It applies to Wix site owners who install the App (“you”).

1. The short version

  • BulkFlow runs inside your Wix dashboard and does not have its own database.
  • It reads and updates your store products only when you ask it to.
  • We do not sell personal data, show ads, or track your store visitors.

2. Information the App uses

Store products. To show and edit your catalog, the App reads product details from Wix Stores, such as names, SKUs, prices, discounts, stock, visibility, ribbons, brands, images and SEO settings. When you apply a bulk change, the App sends the update to Wix Stores. This data stays in your Wix account; we do not copy it to our own servers.

App instance and plan information. To decide whether Free or Pro features are available, the App reads basic app-instance details provided by Wix, such as your app instance ID and whether a paid plan is active.

Change history and CSV files. The list of recent changes is saved only in your own browser. CSV exports are created in your browser and downloaded to your device.

Site visitors and customers. The App does not add anything to your live site and does not read your customers’ orders or personal data.

3. Payments

Paid plans are purchased and billed through Wix. We never see or store your card or bank details. Wix shares with us only the information needed to know which plan is active and to pay us our share of revenue.

4. Support requests

If you contact us for help, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your name, email address and message. We use it only to answer you and keep it only as long as needed.

5. Sharing

We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. The App runs on Wix’s infrastructure, and Wix processes data under its own privacy policy. We may disclose information if required by law.

6. Data retention and deletion

When you remove the App from your site, it stops reading any data. Your products remain in Wix Stores exactly as they are. You can ask us to delete any support correspondence at any time.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you. Email us using the details below and we will respond within 30 days.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when it last changed.
